Guarantee:
Bulbs are guaranteed to please you upon arrival and should be unpacked and inspected when received. Claims should be made by one week after delivery. Growing conditions are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for results. At no point will we be responsible for more than the purchase price. Of course, we are interested in your success and experiences. Cultural information and customer surveys will be sent with your order.



Extras:  We appreciate our customers and like to give extras.  (at our discretion) 
             When ever more postage is given, than actual shipping cost,  extras are added to make up difference.
​                    (It's not an exact science, but we try our best.)

Availability:
All orders subject to availability.  
Bulbs can be a perishable item.  If for some unforeseen circumstance, we cannot supply a requested variety:  We will  substitute
size first, or with an equal or greater quality variety.   

Shipping:
Sorry, we only ship to the US at this time.
Starting, weather permitting, mid March, April, May.
Earlier Shipments take special packaging to keep bulbs from freezing.  This we must discuss, so please contact us.
I know some locations (like California and Arizona)  plant much earlier than in the mid-west.
​We will try to accommodate your wishes at other times of the year if we have bulbs available.   
 
Shipping Charges: 
We use USPS Priority or best way.
Shipping costs continue to increase. We do our best to use the best way.
Approximately:
10 to 12 Large bulbs fit a Small Flat Rate box $10.40
Up to 60 Large bulbs fit a Medium Flat Rate box $18.40
Up to 120 Large bulbs fit a Large Flat Rate box $24.75
​Larger quantities, may use multiple boxes.     
Minnesota residents required to pay Minnesota sales tax of 6.875%
Pre-booked/prepaid orders may be picked up at our Honker Flats Greenhouse Location
Assortments of some glad bulbs will be available first come at our greenhouse location May 1 through May 31.
